Welcome to The Best Inn & Suites in Markham, Illinois. By staying with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Check-In: From 3:00 PM. A valid photo ID and credit card are required.
Early Check-In: Subject to availability and an additional fee.
Check-Out: By 11:00 AM.
Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in.
The guest must also be an occupant of the room.
A refundable $100 damage deposit is required at check-in, collected in cash. The deposit will be refunded at check-out, subject to room inspection.
Children of all ages are welcome.
Cribs and extra beds are not available.
No pets are allowed.
Misbehavior, including harassment, verbal abuse, or physical altercations, will result in the forfeiture of the damage deposit. Offending guests will be asked to leave immediately and prohibited from future stays.
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Repair costs will be assessed and charged accordingly.
Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The hotel is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Vehicle Parking: The hotel is not responsible for any damages, theft, or break-ins to vehicles parked outside. Park at your own risk.
Indemnification: By staying at The Best Inn & Suites, guests agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the hotel, its employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the guest's stay or actions while on the property.
Limitation of Liability: The hotel is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or theft of property during a guest's stay, unless such injury or damage results directly from the hotel's gross negligence. The hotel is not responsible for any incidents involving third parties, including but not limited to accidents or injuries occurring in parking areas or common spaces.
Force Majeure: The hotel is not responsible for delays or failures to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or other unforeseen events.
Agreement to Terms: By making a reservation and/or staying at The Best Inn & Suites, guests acknowledge and agree to all of the terms outlined in these conditions. Any violations of these terms may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
